I have no pole experience, what class should I take?
Beginners with no pole experience will begin their journey in our Spins & Flow class. We also offer other beginner friendly classes such as Flexibility, Floorwork Foundations, and Tik Tok Troupe.

I have some pole experience, what class should I take?
Reach out to us to determine which upper-level class is best for your skill level. Regardless of your previous experience, we encourage everyone to take our no experience required classes.

Do you offer any other services?
In addition to our regular class schedule, we offer private lessons, competition preparation, choreography preparations, studio rental, portable pole demos at events. Contact us to discuss.

How do I pay for classes?
We accept CashApp and Venmo. Contact us if you prefer to pay cash or use Paypal. Payment is due at time of booking.

Do I need to be in shape?
Whether you are just starting out on your fitness journey or a seasoned pro, our classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels.

What do I wear?
We recommend comfortable shorts and tank top. Socks or bare feet. As you progress you will learn why it is important to have some skin exposed. However, for sanitation and hygiene reasons, it is important that all private areas of the body remain adequately covered at all times.

Are there age limitations?
18+. Remember, you are never too old to embrace new adventures and explore your passions. Age is just a number, so let your enthusiasm shine and enjoy every moment!

Are there any restrictions?
Do not wearing lotions on class days (they make the poles slippery). Do not wearing jewelry (bracelets, watches, anklets, rings) to protect the poles and your items. This includes fitness tracking devices. Students are not allowed to instruct or spot each other.

What should I bring?
Make sure to bring water to keep yourself hydrated. You can bring your own yoga mat if you'd like, but we do have mats available for your use.

What if I get my period in class?
Dancing through your period? No problem! At Apex Pole Fitness, we believe that nothing should hold you back from expressing your passion for dance. It's all about staying comfortable and confident while you groove. From organic cotton pads to menstrual cups, choose the products that suit your flow to eliminate the spread of bodily fluids.

I have a disability, can I attend class?
Don’t let it hold you back from moving and grooving. We will provide a reasonable accommodation for those who qualify.

Can I watch class before signing up?
Although we are thrilled that you are interested in our space, we do not allow observations during classes.

Can I bring a pet?
Only trained services animals are allowed in class.

Is there childcare?
For the safety and focus of everyone involved, children are not allowed in the space during class.
